Mr. Buddha Bilash Tripathi is a highly accomplished energy sector professional with over 18 years of extensive international experience in wireline logging operations across onshore and offshore environments. A Mechanical Engineering gold medalist from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, he has built a distinguished career with leading global oilfield service companies, including Halliburton, Baker Hughes, and ADNOC Drilling. Throughout his career, Mr. Tripathi has demonstrated exceptional expertise in formation evaluation, logging operations, and wellsite data analysis, along with strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams across diverse geographies including India, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. He has played a pioneering role in introducing advanced wireline technologies in India, including the first deployment of straddle packers and mini DST operations. His professional strengths span operational excellence, safety leadership, troubleshooting, and advanced tool qualification, along with deep proficiency in both open-hole and cased-hole logging services. He has successfully led complex field operations for major clients such as Saudi Aramco, ONGC, Reliance Industries, and Cairn India. Mr. Tripathi is also recognized for his commitment to talent development, having trained and mentored numerous engineers who have progressed to senior leadership roles within global energy organizations. His exposure to international training programs in the USA, UAE, and Indonesia further strengthens his technical and strategic perspective. As an Independent Director at VYQON Research, Mr. Tripathi brings invaluable industry insight, global operational experience, and a strong focus on innovation, safety, and technical excellence, contributing to the organization’s strategic growth and governance.
