1. Our Content and Website

2. Research Reports, Data Products, and Subscriptions
- Ownership: VYQON owns the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in our reports, whitepapers, and data products, including our Market Intel tools such as project trackers, tender archives, and policy databases. Purchasing access grants you a license to use these products; it does not transfer ownership to you.
- License scope: Unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing, such as a multi-user or enterprise license, access is licensed to the individual or organization that purchased it and may not be shared, distributed, resold, or made available to any other person or company, including affiliates.
- No redistribution: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute any part of a purchased report or data product. Any excerpts used in your own internal materials should be attributed to VYQON.
- Payment and delivery: Reports and data products are delivered electronically once payment is confirmed. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable once access has been provided.
- Delivery issues: If a report or data product you purchased arrives in a defective or corrupted format, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:
- Use automated tools such as bots, crawlers, or scraping software to extract, copy, or index content, articles, or data from vyqon.in without our prior written consent
- Systematically pull or compile content, pricing, or data from our website in a way that falls outside the terms of your license
- Work around any access controls we’ve put in place around our Market Intel tools, reports, or subscriber-only content
Violating this section may result in suspension of your access, legal action, and liability for any resulting loss or damage.
4. Events
Details for events we host or co-host, including dates, venues, formats, and speakers, are subject to change; we’ll do our best to keep registered attendees informed. Where an event requires paid registration, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will be shared with you at the time of registration.
5. Advisory and Consulting Services
If you engage VYQON for advisory, consulting, or project support services, that engagement will be governed by a separate signed agreement or scope of work between you and VYQON, which takes precedence over these Terms for anything it specifically covers. These Terms continue to apply to your general use of our website.
