IIT Jammu has signaled a major shift toward energy autonomy at its Jagti campus by inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of a 2.2 MW hybrid solar PV system coupled with an 8 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).
