Bidder Eligibility Criteria
Qualified firms must satisfy specific technical and financial experience thresholds as defined in the tender notification:
- Financial Experience: Bidders must have received total contractual payments totaling at least 150% of the advertised tender value during the previous three financial years and the current financial year up to the date of bid opening.
- Technical Experience: Bidders must have completed similar works in the last seven years meeting one of the following: three comparable works each costing at least 30% of the tender value, two works each costing at least 40%, or one work costing at least 60%.
- Minimum Technical Requirement: Interested bidders must have experience in the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of at least one solar power generating system with a minimum capacity of 10 kW.
