Vertical Integration: Building an End-to-End Ecosystem
Rather than focusing exclusively on module assembly, Vikram Solar has designed the Gangaikondan campus to anchor a fully integrated domestic solar supply chain under one roof.
- The Upstream Roadmap: The company has laid out a phased expansion roadmap to progressively extend the campus beyond module production to include solar cells, wafers, and ingots.
