Comprehensive Scope of Work

The selected contractor will manage the project on a turnkey basis, encompassing all services, incidentals, and infrastructure required to make the plant operational. While the procurement and supply of PV modules are explicitly excluded from the contractor’s scope, the handling of these components is not.

The turnkey responsibilities include:

  • Complete design and engineering of the BoS package.
  • Procurement and supply of all equipment and materials (excluding PV modules).
  • Receipt, unloading, and site storage of the supplied PV modules.
  • Testing at manufacturers’ works and multi-level inspections.
  • Packing, forwarding, and associated civil works.
  • Acquisition of all necessary permits, licenses, and auxiliary services.
  • Installation, erection, and commissioning of the facility.
  • Comprehensive insurance coverage across all project stages.
  • Performance demonstration of all associated equipment and materials.
  • Five (5) years of comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) starting from the date of commissioning.
