Project Details & Scope of Work

The project follows a turnkey EPC model for a ground-mounted solar photovoltaic system. The selected developer will execute the project on a “Build Own Operate” (B-O-O) basis. Technical and operational requirements include:

• Execution Model: Turnkey responsibilities include design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning.
• O&M Terms: The contractor must provide five years of Comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) starting from the date of the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT).
• Power Evacuation: Generated power will be evacuated at the SGTPS Switchyard at a 33 kV voltage level. The connection is specified for Bay No.-2 using three envisaged lines.
• Land Use: Land is provided by MPPGCL with a land use charge of Rs. 1,000 per year for the site. Permanent ancillary structures, including offices and staff housing, are restricted to 5% of the total project land.
