OGL and NGEL are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and NTPC Limited, respectively. Under this corporate structure, Project Eleven Renewable Power Private Limited functions as a step-down subsidiary of the two parent organizations. The 87.5 MW currently in operation is part of a broader planned solar project with a total target capacity of 150 MW.

In regulatory filings, the company confirmed the Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the 87.5 MW capacity as April 19, 2026. Following this addition, the total commercial capacity of the NGEL Group stands at 10,276.40 MW. The inclusion of the Rajasthan capacity has brought the group’s cumulative installed capacity to 10,363.90 MW. This development aligns with the group’s current trajectory toward an annual renewable energy capacity addition target of approximately 5 GW.
