Servotech Renewable Power System Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹16,882.76 lakh (about ₹168.83 crore) for the quarter ended 30 September 2026 (Q2 FY27), up 56.82% from ₹10,765.69 lakh in Q2 FY26. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) was ₹954.21 lakh (about ₹9.54 crore), against ₹39.51 lakh a year earlier. The company shared the unaudited, limited-review numbers in an investor presentation filed with the NSE on 4 November 2026.

Consolidated numbers

Consolidated gross profit rose 84.54% to ₹4,359.83 lakh from ₹2,362.55 lakh. EBITDA grew 216.97% to ₹2,360.34 lakh from ₹744.66 lakh. Profit before tax was ₹1,256.12 lakh, against ₹52.92 lakh in Q2 FY26. PAT of ₹954.21 lakh compares with ₹39.51 lakh a year earlier, a rise of 2,314.51% from a very small base.

Managing Director Raman Bhatia said in the presentation that consolidated revenue grew by 56.82% and consolidated gross profit by 84.54%, with PAT and share of associates at ₹974.65 lakh. He described it as a strong second quarter of the financial year.

Standalone numbers

On a standalone basis, revenue was ₹15,882.34 lakh, up 54.31% from ₹10,292.63 lakh. Gross profit rose 61.42% to ₹3,632.99 lakh from ₹2,250.61 lakh, and EBITDA rose 105.07% to ₹1,997.72 lakh from ₹974.17 lakh. Profit before tax grew 251.23% to ₹1,090.35 lakh from ₹310.45 lakh, and PAT was ₹837.33 lakh against ₹227.23 lakh, up 268.51%.

The deck presents standalone and consolidated figures separately, and the two should not be compared with each other directly.

Revenue mix

By product, solar plants made up 42.54% of Q2 FY27 revenue, solar inverters 27.54% and solar panels and balance of system (BOS) 21.41%. EV chargers contributed 3.98%, power products 2.79% and other items 0.92%. In the previous quarter, Q1 FY27, solar plants had accounted for 49.7%, solar panels and BOS for 25.8%, solar inverters for 19.3%, EV chargers for 2.5% and power for 2.7%. The share of inverters and EV chargers therefore rose in Q2, while solar plants fell as a share of the total.

Distribution and operations

The presentation says the company’s channel network covers more than 800 distributors and more than 6,000 retailers across more than 370 towns, with a partner retention rate above 70%. It operates plants in Kundli and Safiabad in Haryana and an automated warehouse at Jhundpur, Haryana, and has more than 600 employees across India.

Servotech describes its business as integrating solar solutions, renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and electric mobility. Its product portfolio includes hybrid, on-grid and off-grid solar inverters, solar panels, EV chargers, BESS and servo stabilisers.

Group structure

Servotech EV Infra Private Limited acts as a charge point operator and installs EV charging stations across India. The company holds 27% in the associate Rhine Solar Limited, described as a solar panel and cell manufacturer integrated for backward integration and portfolio expansion. The group also includes subsidiaries in sports and event management, and a manufacturer of oxygen concentrators and components.

What it means for India’s clean-energy sector

Servotech’s results show how a mid-sized listed company is growing across rooftop and project solar, inverters and EV charging at the same time. The stake in Rhine Solar points to an interest in moving upstream into cells and panels. The large percentage gains in profit come from a low base in Q2 FY26. Mixed standalone and consolidated figures in the deck make it important to read each set separately.
