The project scope encompasses the installation of solar arrays on the control room terraces of various substations and several office rooftops. Technical Tender Specifications

Bidders must provide a turnkey solution covering the full lifecycle of the project. Key technical requirements and project timelines include:

  • Scope of Work: Survey, design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar PV systems.
  • Operation and Maintenance (O&M): Comprehensive O&M services are mandated for a period of five (5) years post-commissioning.

  • Estimated Cost Values (ECV): Individual packages range from approximately ₹45.26 Lakh (Navsari/Vapi extensions) to ₹99.84 Lakh (Junagadh Circle package).
  • Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Required bid security is approximately 1% of the ECV. For example, the Vapi AM Division package (ECV ~₹98.97 Lakh) requires an EMD of ₹98,979. EMD exemptions may be available for eligible entities.
  • Tender Processing Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹5,900 INR is applicable for all packages.
